This is the first post the Commander has gotten despite the fact she became available in January WHOOPSIES
Honestly, Gentiane respects the hustle S/O has. Do the work they're paid to do, nothing less, and nothing more.
They both exchange spots to take a quick nap in, one that is (hopefully) devoid of any prying eyes.
One, because the Commander at least deserves some privacy when spending time with a loved one!
And two, no one can yell at them to get back to work.
Heavens forbid a woman shuts her eyes in her own office!
(Gentiane) "The storage area, interesting choice."
(S/O) "Yeah, G11 shared this spot to me, actually."
(Gentiane) "...Is that where she goes off to? Huh, clever girl."
Though, their frequent "short breaks" usually result in Kalina finding them, demanding "bribes" or she'd report them to Helianthus.
So, the two have had to be creative in avoiding her money-grubbing eyes...
G36 knows that S/O can be hardworking, especially when the situation calls for it.
Which makes it all the more frustrating to her that she finds them 'napping' in increasingly harder to find spots.
Well, at least S/O thinks they're hard to find. G36 has played these games before with other T-Dolls. At least humans had somewhat of a better excuse than the other girls.
(G36) "S/O. This place isn't good for sleeping."
(S/O) "GAH!? Ah, hey, honey!-"
(G36) "Please go back to work."
(S/O) sigh "Alright, alright...-"
(G36) "And if you plan to hide paperwork, it will only increase your workload later...And beneath the drawer isn't a good place for them either."
(S/O) "D-Duly noted."
S/O may be the human she loved, but that did not mean G36 was going to cut them any slack.
In fact, it's because of that fact G36 is absolutely relentless in shutting down S/O's laziness.
M4A1, G36, AK-12, UMP45, and SPAS-12 reacting to their S/O attempting to sneak up on them using experimental cloaking technology to give them a flower and kiss while they’re talking with the Commander (who is trying their absolute hardest to not give S/O away.)
(I think the cloak looks a lot like Halo’s Active Camouflage, with a faint distortion around the user’s outline.)

(That one deep AI voice from Crysis) "CLOAK ENGAGED."
M4 immediately notices something moving inside the room with her.
Her eyes lock onto...nothing?
No, the air itself seemed to be shimmering with some kind of energy, making M4 immediately adopt a combat stance.
Whatever it was, it was going to be crush-
(S/O's Voice) "M-M4! IT'S ME! S/O!"
(M4A1) "...What?!"
Suddenly, S/O blinked into reality, revealing themselves as they extended their arms in surrender.
(S/O) "S-Sorry! I didn't mean to scare you like that!"
(M4A1) "What on earth are you doing?!"
They walked up to her and gave her a quick peck on the cheek.
(S/O) "That!"
M4 crossed her arms, looking very unamused.
G36's sharp gaze notices something not visible was in the room with her.
With one fluid motion she immediately grabs a nearby pistol and is about to open fire before realizing who it was.
(G36) "...S/O, that is not funny to attempt. Especially on a military base."
S/O turned off their invisibility and sheepishly smiled once G36 lowered her weapon.
(S/O) "I-I thought I'd surprise you...!"
(G36) "Please surprise me in a way that will not result in you getting shot."
(S/O) "...Can I at least kiss you like I was planning to?"
(G36) "No."
12 doesn't seem to notice S/O as they're slowly approaching her side.
Until all of a sudden she turns around, eyes open and staring right at S/O.
While they're stunned, she quickly gives them a kiss on their lips before her pink irises are hidden once again, 12's signature smile coming back out.
(AK-12) "Not quite there yet, S/O, but good effort~."
Her eyes may be closed, but her electronic warfare systems are top of the line. She knew S/O was there the entire time, but she wanted to indulge them.
It's time for another T-DOLL FUN FACT!
TDFF 7: UMP45 is better at hacking and Electronic Warfare than AK-12.
45 can't help but smirk, seeing the air waves slightly change around her.
(UMP45) "Gonna need a bit better tech for me to not notice that, S/O."
(S/O) "Oh come on!"
S/O quickly appeared in front of her pouting.
(S/O) "It's no fair that I can't sneak up on you!"
UMP45 cheekily gives them a kiss on the cheek, flicking their forehead.
(UMP45) "Sounds like that's not my problem.~"
(SPAS-12) "GAH!"
Spas immediately moves to punch the potential attacker, only for her first to collide surprisingly into the air, making her drop her meal.
All she knew was that something was moving in her motion trackers toward her. It then was quickly revealed who it was.
(S/O) "...O-OW..."
S/O laid sprawled out on the floor, rubbing their face.
(SPAS-12) "S/O?! What the heck are you doing being invisible like that?!"
She quickly rushes to help them, the attempt at a kiss resulting in a near kiss with death, considering that a combat android had just socked S/O in the face.

Game: Animal Crossing
Ganyu would prefer to spend her free time relaxing, and so the perfect game for her would be Animal Crossing!
She finds the characters absolutely adorable, and the whole concept of making your own getaway island was very appealing.
Especially since it isn't that confusing or overwhelming, able to take her time exploring, catching fish.
Ganyu also loves playing with her S/O, relaxing next to each other and talking about whatever came to mind as they passed the time.
Ganyu doesn't play it very often since she wants to spend the time with S/O away from the screen, but she loves the little distraction she does have.
(Ganyu) "Hm...S/O, why are so many fish just 'sea bass' in this game? I doubt even Liyue Harbor has that much of the same fish living in the waters..."
Game: Pokemon
G36 did not have much free time, always working herself as hard as she could around HQ.
However, the time she did have she spent with S/O, ready to do whatever work they needed.
And their order to her was just...relax. To that end, S/O let G36 play a game with her. Pokemon to be exact!
Deciding to humor them, she gave it a try. And now she tries to play on the gameboy every other chance she can get, building a team of rather cute looking pokemons.
It was a perfect way to unwind and not think about work, as strange as that concept was to her.
(G36) "S/O, could I trouble you for a moment? I need to trade in order to evolve some of my team."
Game: Mario Kart
45 is usually interested in whatever S/O is doing since it beats doing nothing in the dorm, or thinking about the next potential assignment.
So when they introduced her to a game they could play together, she figured it wouldn't hurt.
She was wrong. The game was Mario Kart, and it awakened a competitive spirit long hidden inside her, thanks to her S/O.
45 was determined to kick their ass and win first place every single race. She then made the fatal mistake of introducing it to the rest of Squad 404.
HK416 was determined to beat 45, UMP9 thought it'd be fun and got into the same competitive mindset, and G11 played half asleep and was still doing better than them somehow.
S/O is now typically invited to race them after a mission inside their dorm, the sound erupting from the room being utter chaos.
(UMP45) "S/O, get in here, we're racing to see who has to pay for dinner, and it's not gonna be me!"

The Commander receiving their 9th report of an injured human personnel within the span of 2 days from "work injuries":

G36's face grows slightly red, but she remains calm.
She caused this mess, she can fix it.
Without missing a beat, she immediately performs first aid on S/O's hips without a single stutter or shaking of her voice.
After making sure they were completely fine and the medical team could handle the rest, she gives them a kiss and a bow of apology.
(G36) "I'm...terribly sorry, S/O. I promise to make this up to you."
After personally delivering S/O to the medics, she quickly walks herself up to the Commander's office.
(G36) "Master, I regret to inform you that S/O will be unable to perform their duties for the next few days. They are injured because of me. May I have permission to take care of their chores?"
The Commander looked completely shocked at her admission. For as long as they had known her, G36 had never once made a mistake, let alone getting someone else hurt.
(Commander) "Permission granted, but what in the world happened? That hardly sounds like you G36."
(G36) "I believe it was...a heat of the moment accident, Master."
The Commander then noticed the subtle details they had not before.
Her blush and hastily done hair gave it away, yet her uniform was spick and span. While the latter detail would not be unusual, it stood out due to how G36 refused to look them in the eye.
(Commander) "...Oh."
The Commander muttered under their breath.
(Commander) "Doubt they even regret it, to be honest..."
(G36) "They did not, but I will pretend I did not hear that for both our sakes, Master."

To get 45's attention, one has to truly make her feel at ease.
Due to a very troubled past for her and Squad 404, gaining her trust is not an easy feat.
At first she'll keep that ominous smile of hers always present, not letting that wall down for a second.
(UMP45) "Oh, sorry. Am I not allowed to look at humans? Hm, guess it would make anyone uncomfortable for a killing machine like me to stare."
When the person in question isn't driven away by her harsh jokes and comments, she's surprised. There weren't many who could stand her behavior.
The smile overtime becomes less forced, and more genuine. The ultimate sign of trust for 45 around the person she likes is where she doesn't feel the need to look behind her back when they're around.
Squad 404 could feel safe around them, which was a rarity. Only time that happened was Griffin's Commander and Angelia.
When she realized what she truly felt for them, she uncharacteristically becomes flustered around them, stuttering over her sentences or just becoming sentimental.
The way she confessed her feelings was indirect, and completely accidental.
(UMP45) "Would you like to have dinner with me...W-What?! It's nothing, forget I said anything!"

TDFF 6: G36's scowl is present not because she's angry, but because she's focusing. Quoth the official wiki/artist's reasoning:
Her overall serious/mean demeanor and slightly angry appearance is due to that she is known to suffer from hyperopia, she need to focus more to see objects close by without her glasses, the act of squinting gives her a slightly fierce look.
While 36's only Master would remain the Commander, there were many people she liked at base.
And if one particular person caught her interest, it would be quite known. If they took their work seriously, or at the very least tried their best, it'd catch her attention.
But above all, it'd have to be their overwhelming kindness they give to others that gets her attention.
Once 36's normal duties are taken care of, she would go out of her way to see if they required any assistance on their tasks.
(G36) "Gutten tag. Are you performing your duties adequately? Do you need any meals cooked?"
Despite the scowl on her face, her voice and attitude is quite gentle, doubly so around the person of interest.
Her serious tone never fades, but her demeanor gets softer, always checking up on S/O and offering to do things like their laundry, cook meals, or even just have her breaks with them.
36 doesn't realize her feelings until the Commander tells her what she's experiencing is a "Crush".
Deciding to express it in the best way she knew how, she would make a German meal made with all the passion in her metaphorical heart, and deliver it to them personally.
All the while that scowl would be present, but their voice barely above a whisper.
(G36) "I made this for you...Do you have a moment? I'd like to speak about something important."
