Tomorrow is the special election in Georgia, and Jon Ossoff needs volunteers to call Democratic voters to get them to the polls. The race is tied right now, which is amazing for a red district: people are probably fed up with Karen Handel for saying that she doesn’t support a living wage. She’s also so anti-abortion that she abused her power at Susan G. Komen (a breast cancer charity) to cut off funding to Planned Parenthood for mammograms. Jon Ossoff supports a living wage, with cost of living increases. He’s pro-choice and is a strong proponent of voting rights. He supports the Paris Climate Accords. If you have time tomorrow, please make some calls. We can’t wait until 2018 to flip the House.
