CHECK THIS SHIT OUT!! I was so excited to see this scene this morning when I was watching loud house with my sister. The entirety of the episode was about each loud child mustering up the courage to reveal to a crush that they liked them. Throughout the episode Luna kept doubting herself because she did not think she was in her crush ,Sam's league. We assume from the scenes where a young black haired boy carrying a guitar walks around with a female posse everytime Luna mentions her crush that the boy is Sam. By the end of the episode all the loud kids decide to give admirer letters to their crushes and at the very end of the pisode the black haired boy walks by a locker with the two girls shortly after Luna runs by and shoves the note into the locker. To my surprise the boy and 1st girl walk by the locker completely and say goodbye to the 2nd girl referring to her as Sam. Sam then opens her locker, finds the letter, and smiles. Around the corner Luna smiles as she watches Sam read the note!!! I was so excited to see this and my family really didn't understand why. I explained that shows like this speak volumes. It helps young children (all children really) understand that not everyone loves the same way and that's okay. If some children feel a little different when it comes to relationships they shouldn't feel ashamed or guilty, and if children have anyone in their lives that may not love the same way as most people think they should then thats okay too. I love this SO much and wish I had stuff like this growing up.
