Kurt and Bart had found some amazing references of transparent leather which formed the basis of Gaal’s costume alongside imagery of traditional Inuit garments and large fisherman coats. The narrative behind the garment was inhabitants of Synnax would dry out seaweed, or algae, into large strips that would then be bound together to provide weathertight protection
