And now to reveal "Grace and Blasphemy"'s main human character!

Meet Amaryllis - a literal walking corpse.

Amaryllis( or Yllis as they're often called) was your regular citizen, until they got deep into a rabbit hole about a really shitty, yet popular cult. Geminisolism is a cult built off on a lost to time theater play - The King in Yellow, but due to its rarity just about everything the cult believes is made up on the spot. Yet somehow - it is everywhere in the world and even controls a city of its own. In other words - scientology, but worse. Yllis got way deep into the rabbit hole and was ready to risk it all to expose the entire cult, but luck wasn't on their side. The geminisolians found them, kidnapped them and gorged their heart out in the name of Hatsur. But luckily - the REAL King in yellow, King Solstice, who HATED the cult to BITS, came to the rescue and revived Amaryllis. With the mutual disgust towards the cult, they both formed an alliance. The scars have been repaired with black marble and Yllis now has abilities based around the marble.

Ever since then Yllis and Solstice have been combating against Geminisolism and its ties for the greater good.

The thing about Amaryllis is that because they are an resurrected corpse is that they now tend to act as if they haven't slept since 9 years old. Always very tired, not being able to think properly, brain fog/fatigue, just functioning problems in general.

That's why If GaB had an ost, some of the songs would be something akin to Everywhere at the end of time(or anything made by Leyland Kirby/The Caretaker/ V/Vm /Any other alias this guy used) or The disintegration loops

Ship of thesis, memory and Athazagoraphobia are gonna be major motifs for Yllis.

Also because King Solstice is a big fan of Balls/Galas and Leyland's work(and by proxy Ivan Seal's paintings) struck a chord within him

Welcome Home Reboot Au Gab

This Au Belongs to @bloodrediscream, please check their art out and give them support for their work.

The Au is very interesting, so when thinking about my oc Gab. I was wondering what she would look like in this au. I kept her cyborg look but gave her a modern upgrade, while the original oc is more based on retro-futurism. This version is more cyberpunk, I've looked at a lot of 80s-90s cyberpunk anime for her design. Her personality is still the same as the original (down-to-earth southern tomboy), but I feel like she would show her anxiety sometimes (the original hides her anxiety).

I also believe she would still fix things, but since she is half computer, she can look up information and hack into stuff with her mind. She would be interested in a lot of video games and anything nerdy, but her love for nature is still the same as her original. She may look like a delinquent, but she is sweet but also a nervous mess, but she will stand up and protect others. Overall she is just a dork.

WH Mob Au Detective Gab Silver

In the Mob Au, I wanted to do something different with my oc. I could imagine her as a detective, she does her job well on getting normal criminals. But she would have some difficulties getting some higher-up criminals, the agency she works for gets paid a lot by the higher-up criminals, she doesn’t know about this. Because of this, she never mess with higher-up criminals because of the orders from her bosses (she has meet Wally and the others, but must stay neutral/respectful when or if interacting with them).

While Gab is very sweet and kind to others, and is also very protective. She does have a terminator mod (I call it the switch) and will become more of a serious threat to criminals. But that doesn’t happen all the time, she always her down to earth southern self. Also silver isn’t her last name, it’s actually given to her because of her being a cyborg.

Being a cyborg has both positive and a negative aspect to it. She has super strength, which is great to pick up anything or anyone heavy. The downside is that she herself is heavy as well (which is funny since she is small and looks thin), but this can cause problems if she fell into big body of water (she just simply sink). She dose have fast reflexes and her robotic mind/eyes helps with finding clues and storing information (unless she glitches out). Glitches sadly do happen to Gab, when this happens she won’t be able to focus well and can’t do anything.

Overall she just based off on Dick Tracy/Batman/Nick Valentine, and Classic 30s/40s Detective. I know this a mob au, but I just wanted to use my character that’s would still make since in the universe, but put her in a different unique role (if that is fine). I hope you guys like her.

(also a fact she is 21 in this version while her original WH version is 20).
