gabe - i’m not allowed to say n2n for him because that’s boring. he enjoys listening to heathers because it’s dramatic asf and he likes that. my little baby drama queen ily king.

micah - i think i think of be more chill for him for exactly one reason and that is michael in the bathroom. also the hope and helplessness for his situation is very hadestown of him so i’m giving him hadestown.

james - he likes hamilton, says he likes spring awakening, and actually really loves tick tick boom. im not going to elaborate because i’m tired.

matthew - something lowkey and nonchalant like 36 questions and also really likes in the heights (rightfully so) and loves every single one of the songs.

Missed drunk Seb but I have an ask :) What’s your writing process like? Are you like a pantser or do you plan everything and then revise it, etc.

hii!! i guess my writing style is a bit of a mix lol. atcoewfa is planned out, at least with it key main plot points, but sometimes i get carried away and change things around and add little bits in - all of the main plot points, like their argument and gabe falling asleep with micah in ch19?ch20? was planned, but gabe staying over and them being really gay asf wasn't, they just kinda got carried away from me lol

for a lot of stuff, i know where it's heading and what has to happen, but sometimes i know i'll think of something on the spot if i don't particulary know how to bulk out a chapter, or the dialogue for a particular scene - i inly know that it will happen lol

but most of it is meticullously planned and im ngl i have an old calander that i use to plan out the dates so that i can stick to the musical and the timeline and not forget anything. but most of ethe plot and the reactions and everything is planned out

most of what has been published already was prewriteen months befoe i got the confidence to publish it. now im slacking and i've only got handfuls of bits that are prewritten, hence the time between uploading the chapters atm

the beginning of the fic was very much not planned out. i simply had the idea of alive!gabe having a bf and the line 'i still remember the first time i ever spoke to gabe goodman' and ran with it. i wrote the prologue, then planned for a month while writing cute scenes

aaand that's basically how i apporach every bit of writing. essentially, that wa sa long winded way of saying that i always plan out plots and know the general direction, but if gabe and micah wanna make out and do somethng cute, im not gonna stop them
