avantasia the metal opera part 1 anniversary was yesterday.... guhhhhhh silly cleric turning against his own beliefs whilst being dragged into another world by a silly old druid who asked to do a solid for him and a beautiful magnificent elf twink to help with some shit going on in their world

various sketches from 2 years ago. more of an assignment actually, i had to complete a sketchbook by the end of the semester and draw every day at least one page. not the best one but im still proud of some of the pages (couldn't fit all on this post)

Watercolor painting of Gabriel in Avantasia.

This started as a practice drawing, but I ended up really liking it. I had a general idea for this in my head for a while, but because the paper was so small (4x6 inches) I ended up changing a few things. Either way I think it turned out good. I'm very happy with how the tree turned out lol.

This would take place some point in the story after escaping prison and being in hiding for a bit, so he's not wearing his monk robes. I tried to pick clothing roughly accurate from the time period, but I still need to do more research on that in the future.
