yues my wonderful friend who has not insulted my monopoly capabilites ! i think gabukiri depends on When gabukin is kissing kirimi.
normal kirimi - odd business partner situationship. are they dating? well kirimi is leaning on gabukins desk and theyre both oh so awfully close they might as well be psychically making out. both deny any romantic affiliations with the other, swearing it is simply professional niceness.... though i do think they both gain some kind of ... interest in the other. theyre both fans of the others genre of offputting and everyone is just kind of betting on when they'll get together. both of them overshare things they probably shouldn't give away without some kind of price but it is very easy for them to forget its meant to be a business interaction when they're around eachother long enough for a mask to slip.
vanimi - gabukin has watched kirimis slow maidonium decline. methinks he wouldve been incredibly worried. i actually dont think they'd have much of a relationship in postgame. kirimi knew he was setting off on what is basically a suicide mission. he will die in victory or in defeat. i think kirimis last act of kindness towards gabukin (and his last act as a person. he may be alive but that tiny little ember of who he once was is about to go out.) would be showing up to his counter unannounced (as per usual if we're being honest) and tells him not to get involved and if anyone asks if they're affiliated, for his own safety, dont say anything. no context no explanation and before gabukin can ask wtf kirimi is on about hes out the door. and that is the last time they see eachother

in dms it was cleared up to me it was about the ship Gabukin x Kirimi. I have not played the post game yet, so I know nothing about gabu. Don't spoil anything or I'll chew on your bones!
