Drank 11500 calories worth of gainer shakes this week, god I've been bloated 😩 I put off my morning shake so I could get a weigh-in, and my thick gurgly gut is practically starving for it 🥴💦
Glad to see the regains are finding their way home, I can't wait to break my max weight soon!
With snow on the ground and Christmas around the corner, I think its time to give this pup the gift of gaining! 🥴🐾
This year I put an intentional pause on gaining, but I'm excited to puff up for winter!
I'm putting myself on a rigorous diet of round-the-clock gainer shakes, each packed with just enough sweet fat to keep me bloated while constantly craving the next one 🥺
The recipe I'm using is below, as found on an old deactivated blog's post (by @lardfill). The only substitution I'm making is for oat milk, which is perfect for lactose intolerant pups like me ☺️
This full recipe is a half gallon of shake totalling 4600 calories. To make it easily digestible for my growing tummy, I'll be splitting this up into cup-sized portions at ~575 calories each, 3 times a day: immediately when I wake up, when I get home/lunch, and right before I fall asleep. This way, I have a free 1700 calories totalling up before lifting a crumb to my lips 🥵💦
While big shake chugs are very hot, taking this grazing approach allows for constant 24-hour digestion. Every last calorie is being happily absorbed into soft new fat cells, and the constant digestion will grow into a constant hunger 🤤 my poor gut will get hooked on the easy energy, and soon I won't be able to stop myself from upping the portion sizes as my stomach gets stretched from the perma bloat~
My starting weight here is 227.5lbs on December 1st. This video is what my poor soft puppy belly looks like after my first day of shakes and overeating 🥺🐾💦 I don't think I went longer than half an hour without thinking about food today... I can't wait to see how the winter weight sticks to me this year!
As always, asks are welcome in my inbox! If you have any recipes you think I should try, for shake or food, I'd be happy for them. I'm cooking from home a lot this month to save some money to put towards these daily shakes, and I love spending the extra time in the kitchen. Expect more updates and inbox-replies throughout the month!
