Quartz couldn’t believe it. She’d been on a walk out in the wilderness when a familiar ship had landed and a certain emperor had caught her eye... Frieza was here on her planet. Well, not hers, obviously- just the one she lived on- but still, what reason could he possibly have to come here? Oh, how she hoped he wasn’t here for her...

Although her logical side was telling her to run, she couldn’t help but feel like she needed to know what was going on. Running right in and demanding answers probably wasn’t going to do her any good, though... Although she was certain she wouldn’t be able to stomach acting friendly towards the tyrant- the very idea made her feel nauseated- she could at least try to remain neutral and polite. Stepping out of the brush and into the open, she brushed the leaves from her outfit and adjusted everything to make sure it looked neat.

"Hm. I’ll be honest, I never expected to see you here... What brings you all the way out here to Earth, Lord Frieza?”

...Ugh. Just calling him that left a bad taste in her mouth. But as much as she didn’t want to show him respect, it was a necessity.

    -- It was always strange coming across another of his own kind. It felt as if Icejins were far and in between-- and with the increasingly bad name that Frost had been setting across all the clans that knew of him, it wasn’t all too shocking that anyone would want to avoid him. Not of course, that this was all his fault, but with little defense for himself and a criminal record that only proceeded to increase in length, there wasn’t much else he could do but to duck into the shadows, and pray that the galactic patrol doesn’t manage to hunt him down.

    The fact, however, that someone had managed to track down his exact location, upon a planet that acted as nothing more than a glorified pit stop was beyond him, being almost as if he had intentionally been sought out.     Stranger enough, he found that the other had bourne a striking resemblance to him-- not all too much taller or shorter than Frost, and seemingly keenly interested in the runaway.

    ❛ You-- you aren’t planning on turning me in, are you? I can fight--! ❜
