TØRST
Two excellent beers on tap at TØRST! Double Galaxy, a gorgeous double IPA made with galaxy hops made by Hill Farmstead, and Palantine, a crisp German-style pilsner, made by Suarez Family Brewing.

The single-hop brewing trend has been a boon for folks like me trying to suss out which hop styles they love and which ruin the flavor of their IPAs. I had a feeling I liked Galaxy, but this sealed the deal. The nose was bursting with pine scent, mixed with hints of sweetness. The flavor was a little bit sweet as well, with notes of passionfruit lending a tropical aftertaste. For me, the sweetness is better when balanced with additional, more bitter hops, but overall it was a pleasant drinking experience.

Yeah, Galaxy would be a good sub for Citra if you needed it.
