Hyosung was clinching her teeth as she walked towards Galaxy's caffeteria. Her ego was seriously hurt and she figured it will only get worse soon. After vocal lesson, professor Nam told her to say behind. At first, Hyosung didn't think anything of it, even though it was an unusal. The short speech she heard from Galaxy's vocal coach made her good mood disappear in a second. In short, professor Nam thought she sounds awful while doing the new song they are covering and she needs serious help in order to get it right. As far as singing and voice control went, Hyosung was always A+ student. It was definetly an area she was most confident in and she personally believed her version of S.E.S's Be Natural didn't sound as badly as her vocal coach did. Where did she go wrong?
Competition was in the core of being a trainee. They were all fighting for their chance to be famous. But thanks to her talent and hard work, so far the ride has been smooth for Hyosung. That all changed with just one sentence from professor Nam. "You're not unique enough. Did you hear Seulgi? She's one of the kind. If I was to chose next person to debut, it would be her. Ask for her help." Hyosung opened the door of the caffeteria, professor's words still ringing in her ears. It just wasn't fair. She bought herself a small package of banana milk to drown her sorrows in. The day was just going too horribly for her. And just as she was ready to forget all about it she heard a laugh behind her. Seulgi's laugh.
Hyosung turned around, making a grip around her banana milk tighter as she saw younger girl's face. This was the last thing she needed. Seulgi was laughing at something funny Junghoon, HER boyfriend has appeantly said. Her blood was boiling. Junghoon then walk away, leaving Seulgi to stand by herself. And Hyosung to stare at her angryly across the room.
