4 isn't great (more not-great than the other three ok shut up), but i needed a space-filler, so here we are.

i could've gone crazier with this too, but i'm trying to keep it simple as far as retarded sideburns go.

i would also just like to clarify for everyone that i did not conceive this character to be taken seriously. i feel like that's important.
