Send a 🥖 to throw a baguette at my muse.
Leta had been hard at work preparing a lesson plan for Credence’s next lesson. He had been performing and improving fast, much too quickly for Leta’s planned lessons. Hence she had spent most of the prior night and now much of the afternoon preparing a new plan, missing the latest dinner, breakfast, and lunch. That and she had told the Scamander’s she was on a work holiday so there was a stress of being caught there.
She was tired, stressed, and now, as of late, hungry.
The baguette had hit her on the arm and landed in her lap, not even realizing anything hit her until she felt the extra weight in her lap, Leta setting her quill down and turning about so she could face whoever had thrown the bread with an angered look.
She was expecting Abernathy and was rather surprised to see Gellert there, her face softening with a small sigh.
“Very funny.” She stood and walked towards him, bread in hand, “If this is your way of telling me to take a break I swear I will shorty.” Still her stomach grumbled a little causing Leta to sigh but hand the bread back to him. “I will be out shortly, just let me finish.”
