I decided I will post these as they are already here, O5-2 never got made into an emoji, she's too nice for that, I suppose.
O5-4 "The Ambassador"
Male. Koori descent. Canadian origin. Appears to be mid-40s. Actual age unknown. No unusual appearance.
He was a former field agent, though many of these details have been lost. Now, he is one of the most frequently seen Overseers and is known to interact with outside groups of interest in the anomalous world and governments in the mundane world, acting as a liaison for the Foundation.
He also seems to be one of the less cautious members of O5 Command. Despite this, he is quite good at obfuscation and dodging questions. A noted tactic of his is to talk a lot, appearing to answer questions, while actually saying very little.
There are some questions about how he can be as good at his job as he appears to be, as he often displays reckless and impulsive tendencies. However, he is still said to be well suited to his role.
There have been rumors that he has quite the impressive collection of stories based on making poorly thought out decisions. These rumors attest that he is more than happy to share these stories, if prompted.
A more pertinent rumor is that he always finds whoever he is looking for. The means by which he does this are unknown, but there is quite a bit of evidence to suggest these rumors may be true.

Notes: The Elevens may or may not be all of the True Elevens, I do not know, The Father of Lies, The Mother of Secrets, and Void may appear different depending on their mood, Thirteen also may appear different depending on when he last respawned.
O5-4 has terminal theater kid syndrome.
🌟 + Four?
My enemy. He drives me up the wall, I hope he slithers over Legos. I know the sentiment is mutual, because he makes sure I know his anomaly deactivates in my vicinity.
🖊+Ambassador!
({Amby is my good friend Swarm's OC though I do end up referencing him often. My general understanding of him is customer service smile and the emptiness to match, but he doesn't think about that too much. He is memes taken 100% seriously and this is a mixed bag for him. He is also absent a lot just due to his job being what it is. That said, his smiles with his friend are genuine and I love that for him :)})
💭 + Memory of mod’s choice for O5-12 [@cabernet-and-calculations!]
You are a different entity than what you will become later. You were given a week to settle in, and it was not enough time.
"Hey," you startle at the sudden intrusion on your reading over the same packet for the fifteenth time. "Sorry," the intruder smiles welcomingly, though it feels slightly artificial. Some time in the future it won't be, but now is not the future.
"It's fine," you mumble, rubbing your nails, "Did you need something?"
"Not at all," he laughs, "is it so wrong to want to get to know you?"
You hum in thought. It makes sense enough, your voice is so much lighter than it will be later, "I suppose not."
He offers a congratulations, he offers talk about what he does, and a little bit about the man you're replacing, "though you seem much more..." he fumbles for the words, "I think we'll get along much nicer."
You offer how different it is, which he says is expected, everything you offer is superficial but more about the situation than yourself. Still, he is easy to talk to.
A glance at the clock, "I'm sorry," you start, "I don't want to get too far behind," you smile weakly, but genuinely, at him.
He just nods and makes his exit.
