"Torvald, stop!"

With his armored hand inches from the doorknob, Torvald paused, closed his eyes, and sighed. "I had hoped not to see you here." He turned, seeing Galon standing on the far side of the room, sword held at his side.

"It doesn't have to end like this, you know."

"You're right," Torvald said, taking a step away from the door. "It doesn't. You can walk away. Go back home. Live your life."

Galon chuckled, shaking his head. "We both know that's not going to happen." He lifted the blade, pointing it toward Torvald. "I can't let you do this, bro."

Torvald's eyes narrowed. "This isn't a game, Galon. If I don't get to the Peak--"

"We can find another way! You can't-"

"THERE IS NO OTHER WAY," Torvald roared, his voice echoing off the chamber's walls. Galon's eyes widened slightly, but he stood his ground. Torvald closed his eyes and took a breath to steady himself. "We are out of options. I have to take the risk."

Galon's brow furrowed. "There's too much at stake here. We can't afford to take risks on things that might work, and might just make everything worse." He let his sword hand fall to his side and extended the other, reaching out with an open palm. "Please, Torvald. Come home."

The word hung in the air as the pair stared at each other. For just a moment, a flicker of doubt ran across Torvald's face, then just as quickly his stern countenance returned. "No. For the sake of everything we fought for, I can't let let anything stop me." He gripped the sword at his side, hesitated for just a moment, then drew the blade with a rasp of steel. "Not even you."

I think we can agree that Human!Halbrand X Galadriel = Haladriel

So what about Sauron X Galadriel? Saurondriel? That's what ive been using lately but, boy howdy, it's a mouthful

Personally, I feel we've been going about this the wrong way. We gotta flip things around! The clear answer is Galon. No I am not joking. I actually like this one more

It is a lot easier to say and a lot faster to type. And the unit of measurement is spelled 'gallon' so we can even have the one 'L' distinction

Am I insane?? Probably
