Background: Led a probing expedition into Imperial Earth space along with two Klingon Battlecruisers and another Cardassian vessel. Encountered and destroyed the I.S.S. Gettysburg. Faced off against the I.S.S. Starbreaker and demanded they surrender, claiming this sector of space as theirs. Captain Sorek was open to negotiations, and Gabet made clear what his intentions were by attacking the Starfleet vessel. They’d cornered the smaller Starbreaker and were quickly draining its shields. When they communicated with the ship again it was under the command of a human, Picard, who made it look like he was going to ram them, missed them and created an illusion where they were in two places at once. Before they recovered the real Starbreaker had warped away.

Appeared in Star Trek: Mirror Images #3, set 70 years after the main story set in 2265.
