It was published in a magazine called Ribon and was a story about kogyaru girls set in the Shibuya area.
Shibuya is a place where they might meet, and there's also a character with the same name.

...Actually, that seems like a realistic scenario even within the Nagano Prefectural Police in Conan's world...
