Zelle - horror/adventure point and click game
short and sweet! love love loved the art and atmosphere. combat system was a little wonky but very quick/easy to retry. nostalgic and heavily reminiscent of 2000s flash point and click games and my old anime ocs. a very heartfelt story, i hope it gets more attention!!
side note: i loved the enemy designs so much. some of them were really creative and cool or genuinely freaky and sometimes a clipart rat with blood drawn on in mspaint popped up my screen
laughed out loud when i saw this guy. very cheesed to meet you sir. average nyc subway encounter
Z.A.T.O. - psychological horror visual novel
i love ZATO. i need more time to ruminate before i can accurately capture my thoughts about this game, but it carries a great deal of personal meaning. i think you will love ZATO too, if you play it. it's free and relatively short. play ZATO.
Baldur's Gate 3 - strategy rpg
I got this game because of the half-dragon mod so I could roleplay as Tarnished blood. The mod severely affected the balance of the game so most combat encounters were nil, but anyways i was there to play with my touys and still ended up having a great time. I love dnd and the way the combat system was adapted is very fun!
Okay enough playing around. Grabs your face in my hands. Listen to me. Karlach Cliffgate is wonderful and should be beloved nationwide. If studio larian knew what they were doing , they would put her in center of the logo, not that fraud flop industry plant Astarion.

despite my love for ace attorney, i haven't played ghost trick before now. shu takumi you sly bastard you got me again. a wonderful mystery story with extremely charming dialogue. im a huge animal/pet lover and i felt a lot of big feelings about this game uwahhhhhhhh. they grickrolled me.
Coquette Dragoon Vol 1 - yuri mecha visual novel
yay yay such well-written characters. i am deeply invested in these girls and the political intrigue/military-industrial complex horrors that surround them. when the author's obvious fetish is artfully woven into its themes!! so awesome. lots of screencaps because i love this vn. there are so many great moments idk what to put
the only mecha ive seen before is Eva so this may be baby's first metaphor but the intimacy between mech/pilot as an analogue to the adult body housing the vulnerable inner child or a pregnant mother protecting a developing baby is fun to chew on and realized to its full extent here lol. xio's perspective is easy to empathize with and offers thoughtful insight into the psychology behind agere/abdl. her introspection is very compelling to me as someone unfamiliar with these subcultures. may not be my fetish/coping mechanism but im here for it. not sure the right way to articulate it but i really appreciate the casual/humanizing way fetish is presented in the story. overall, really fantastic introspective writing and beautiful kemonomimi women with fat boobs. what's not to love. ayane and emil best girls.
