I was reading more about what Blizzard posted regarding Windrunner Spire becoming a dungeon and one image intrigued me that they used to promote it on WoWhead.

Originally I thought this figure was welding glaives but I realized it's only the bow she weilds. This had me think this was Ranger-General Sylvanas but that side of her merged with the Banshee Queen in shadowlands.

Ultimately, I strongly believe this is Lireesa Windrunner. The Ranger-General before Sylvanas and matron of the Windrunner Clan. Also, the armor is what really got my interest because it seem to be a blend of tradition Ranger-General armor blended with Silvermoon aspects and we all know from the Sylvanas novel that Lireesa was Ranger-General of Silvermoon. It's no coincidence that they put this figure within Windrunner Spire. I also thought it could be one of Sylvanas' rangers but I don't think so.

I would like to know what you guys think!
