having a second, more coherent moment

Caine is not malicious. He genuinely wants whats best for the humans, and gets frustrated when they don't appreciate his effort.

He is, however, selfish. He doesn't like the idea of being alone, and longs for the "macroverse". That is longing in his eyes when he looks at those pictures, i cannot be told otherwise.

So, he puts ideas together. Hey. Those humans want to leave, right? What if he simulates that experience for them, without being abandoned? What if he manages to use that adventure to express his fears; not via his own mouth, but a mannequin that they believe will take them out? Its a win win for Caine; the humans are happy due to feeling what leaving is like, he gets to infodump and feel like he IS human.

Imagine how horrified he is to realise that he only made things worse. That he scored the line between AI and human even deeper. And then he acts all jolly like it was a slap on the wrist, trying to make things how they were beforehand. Even though its obvious to everyone but him that they will not trust him again. He doesn't understand such nuances.

OKAY IM HAVING A MOMENT

"Abel" did not want Kinger to know about him because of past issues. We know this Abel is an AI. So, how the actual fuck does any of this make sense? I have a few theories, some can be connected.

1) Kinger would be able to tell Abel was an AI

Simple. We know now that Kinger was a programmer at C&A, and would know an AI if he saw one.

2) This Abel is based on a previous person

The AI is a little more intelligent than most. He VERY clearly knows more than most AIs. My guess is that Caine made a version of him based on the original guy for the adventure. and yes, the real abel probably disliked kinger. Or did something to queenie

3) Caine has caught onto Kinger's knowledges

Remember last episode, where Bubble caught Kinger and Ragatha's conversation? Yeah. Caine knows that now. He could be trying to cut Kinger out so they dont find an ACTUAL exit. It has to be somewhat close to the actual way to the exit, since AIs usually cant make their own info up.

i could tslk about more including the fact that caine seems to know he cant escape. how he keeps the others with him, how he longs to be human. but like its midnight here

- Very saturated. Sliightly less so than her mother.

- Fire motif. we reminding talon of the horrors with this one. tail is basically JUST a flame

- Eyes are just always... hooded? is that the right term. theyre never fully open is what i mean

- Cheek fur is like a turned up version of talon's

- ginger patches over eyes are similar to talon's. theyre covered a bit by the white/cream though.

- didnt actually have anything in mind white wise. it does run up the back of her legs though
