We’re in Killington for Carnage Con. Lovely view. For those that don’t know yet. My dad had a heart attack yesterday morning. It was minor, but they found blocked arteries. Triple bypass sometime this coming week. He was very insistent that we go to con anyway and come see him Sunday. Well, I decided to go see him Sunday, he didn’t want us to come up even then. One of my coworkers passed away yesterday morning as well. She was the one that did the opposite opening shift to me, so I’m going to be working a whole lot more the next few weeks. I don’t know when I’ll get to see my dad again after Sunday. But we’ll make it work. Adam has the next two weeks off, though, so if my dad needs anything, he’s available and willing to go up at a moment’s notice. Wish us luck! Also, I miss my fur babies. The cams we set up to watch them aren’t connecting to the internet so adam is goi Nd to pop home (45 minutes away) real quick to pick up a couple things we forgot, check on them, and check the cans.
