It's Saturday morning at AnimeNEXT. Yesterday was only the beginning of the con, and we already met lots of awesome cosplayers. We can't wait to see what today brings!

Anime Boston 2022 is in full swing! O.H. has been busy providing first aid to our fellow nerds, meeting lots of great people, and of course, admiring all the awesome cosplays!
Hello Anime Boston! It's been a great first day back, and we hope all of you feel the same!
If you need first aid (or just want to say hello!), you can find us in Liberty Ballroom C in the Sheraton, as well as room 205 in the Hynes.
In any other year, Katsucon would be in full swing right now. We know many of you are saddened by not being at the convention this weekend, and we feel the same. All of us at Operation Hammond miss events and the wonderful people we interact with at them very much. We are all looking forward to when cons and other events can safely resume.
Some of you may elect to cope with missing the event this weekend by looking through old photos and reliving memories from past Katsucons, while some may choose to don cosplays or work on new ones. Others may find it easier to avoid those options, while looking forward to next year. Please know all approaches are normal and valid. Choose the one that works best for you.
Although it’s difficult still being separated, and not knowing exactly when normalcy will return, it won’t be this way forever. Hopefully at this time next year, Katsucon will be able to happen safely. When it does, we can all enjoy the event and being together. Until then, please remember to take care of yourselves while looking forward to that day.
