Y’all know this epic tumblr post, yeah? Well for school this year, we had to write poetry. And I used this as a base. Enjoy.

Self loathing can often be a struggle,

Grappling back and forth in a tough battle.

It might seem like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel in your head,

But listen here and I’ll give you some advice to spread.

Whenever you feel like giving up,

Like everything’s wrong and you don’t want to hold your head up,

When you feel like complete trash,

like if you try again you’ll burn and crash.

You can still do great things even when your heart stings.

Just remember these words when you’re feeling distraught:

It’s called garbage CAN, not garbage CANNOT

Ugh, I kind of wish I stayed at school longer. I'm always distracted while I'm there but I whenever I'm home I just think about how garbage I am.
