The need to minimise our garbage to next to none in Trinidad and Tobago.
Everyday i buy a roti, a cafe au lait and a bottle of water. The roti comes in a grease proof paper and a brown bag. The coffee comes in a paper cup probably coated with an insulated material. When I am finished I crumble the paper, insert it into the cup and then cap the lid. How much people throw away their coffee cups everyday? How much waste is it really creating and how can we decrease the gradiant of the increasing curve of garbage build up in trinidad and tobago? Well this is my mission and goal and it shud be everyone's mission and goal. Around the world we see celebrities building their homes with recycled material. We see them building walls with used paper. We see them using tires as bricks. Why are we not using the free garbage that we throw away to build our homes? Why are we throwing away food when we can create out own compost heap. More importantly why are we not sectioning our garbage? We have no reason not to do these things. We have no reason not to save money on garbage bags. The funny thing is. People look at their carbon footprint, their water usage but they should also take the responsibility to decrease the amount of garbage we are creating. We should also have action plans to turn this garbage into money making ideas. We should turn our garbage into money, into beauty, into our living spaces, into books, into art and into our buildings. After learning all of this. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW TO CHANGE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND ALSO IN THE END CHANGE OURSELVES FOR THE BETTER?
