LAPD arrest protestors outside the Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department for protesting the mayor and city council. Protestors were citing issues of criminalized homelessness by City Council and LA mayor Eric Garcetti, LAPD's history of violence, and the Council and mayor's priority in increasing the policing budget.

-There’s a restaurant in LA called “SQIRL”. So the restaurant on the left “HMSTR” is a play on that. 

-Garcetti is the mayor of Los Angeles and sounds like spaghetti

-Moose-O & Frank Grill pun on Musso & Frank Grill which is also a restaurant in Hollywood.
