It’s opening!!
This is my first orchid rebloom, even though I’ve been taking care of orchids for about five years they grow new leaves and new roots, this is the first time I’ve ever gotten one to rebloom!

It has!!! A flower!!!!

I found what was wrong with my oldest phal!! I was pampering it in response to its sudden dark green, limp leaves and it wasn’t improving. One (1) week later and the culprit is revealed: fungus!
Gave it a good spray of fungicide and hopefully now that I’ve identified it, it’ll clear up soon
Pokeberry update: ok honestly what the fuck where’d it come from??? Probably as seed waste from the cardinal family that hang out at the bird feeder but???? Anyways I was watching the feeder earlier and there was a female blue jay (very plump, eggs?) eating and the male cardinal is smaller and wasn’t going to challenge her spot. So he started snacking on the pokeberry…I guess it has a use. Better remove it soon though since it’s poisonous to mammals
