Place weight When it reaches 15# pressure (10 for elevations under 1,000 feet) you may start your timer. Pressure for 25 mins When timer is expired turn off heat and allow canner to rest undisturbed until pressure returns to 0 or 45-60 mins if no gauge. Remove from canner, check that rings are tight, sit on a towel to cool and finish their seal.
