On the train with my new monstera!

Light was gone by the time I came home, so here are some next morning shots of my new plants.

Top: Alocasia ‘bambino’ Some of the leaves have a little damage and there’s some dead leaves at the bottom. Still was the best looking one they had and I know they can be difficult. So I hope I can get it back to full health.

Middle: Monstera ‘ Delcciosa’. It has 3 mature leaves (with holes) and some young leaves growing. Seems to be in great condition.

Bottom: OMG LOOK HOW BIG THIS ONE IS *excited squee*

Baby update! Penny (top picture) is getting pretty big and finally showing a little more of her leaves. Hope I can ID her soon. Rest of the seeds (middle) are finally starting to sprout. Glad I finally figured out the right amount of moisture for them. Props are also growing steadily. The leaves they came from are still looking good too.

Baby Penny seems to be doing well. No idea what she’s going to be when she’s all grown up.

Went mosshunting in the park today.

I highly recommend everyone to give this a try, even if you don’t need any moss. Paying attention to every little thing that grows just makes everything so much more beautiful and amazing.

I ended up with way more kinds of moss than I thought I would find. Now it’s time to dry/clean it.

I also decided to take a little bit of the ivy you can see in the last picture, to see if it will grow indoors.

English ivy update. Seems to have grown a fair bit. It's in this small container for now because I want to get it to hang and this is the only hanging container I have at the moment.
