Strawberry Shortcake Lasagna

Strawberry shortcake lasagna is a unique presentation of the cake layer. It has three layers of goodness: cream, strawberries, and biscuits. Have you ever tried a unique lasagna dessert? Try this delectable dessert with your friends.

Serving size: 10

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups heavy cream

2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1.5 cups vanilla biscuits

16 oz strawberries, sliced

Instructions:

In a bowl, add heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Mix with hand blender until smooth.

Take a cake casserole and apply the cream mixture. Place vanilla biscuits in line in the casserole.

Spread a thick layer of cream on the biscuits. Put sliced strawberries on the layer.

Top up with a thick layer of cream and repeat the same process two times.

Refrigerate for 3 hours.
