Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Dorot garlic cubes as needed.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in artichoke hearts and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. Grate Dorot garlic cubes over the pasta and vegetables, adjusting to taste. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
