It's grilled beef steaks that are stuffed with tangy blue cheese and fresh parsley.
Ingredients: 2 beef steaks such as ribeye or sirloin. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cut a pocket across the middle of each steak with a sharp knife. Put the blue cheese and parsley in a small bowl and mix them together. Put some of the blue cheese mixture into each steak pocket, making sure there is an equal amount for each steak. On both sides, sprinkle the steaks with a lot of salt and pepper. For medium-rare, or any other level of doneness you like, grill the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Grab the steaks from the grill and give them a moment to rest before you serve them.
