Grilling whole fish is a simple yet impressive way to enjoy seafood. The fish is seasoned with garlic, lemon, and herbs, then grilled to perfection, resulting in tender and flavorful flesh with a slightly charred exterior.
Ingredients: 1 whole fish such as snapper or sea bass, cleaned and scaled. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. On each side of the fish, cut it three times across the grain. Olive oil and minced garlic should be used to coat the fish all over. Put a lot of salt and pepper on the fish, both inside and out. Put lemon slices inside the fish's body. For about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is easy to flake with a fork, put the fish on the grill. Move the fish from the grill carefully to a serving platter. If you want, you can add more lemon slices and fresh herbs as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
