Instructions: In a food processor, blend dates and pecans until a sticky dough forms. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Roll the balls in shredded coconut until evenly coated. Optional: Dust with cocoa powder for extra flavor. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
