1.27.18/ You Can Pick One Success, You Can’t Have Both 😭😂
This title isn’t true, but self - depreciating haha.
I didn’t eat well yesterday, I mean, I ate GOOD, but not well. Haha
First meal of the day:
Coffee and two bites of a donut (BAD ALLIE!!!! 😈)
BUT then I had water and went to the gym for about 30 minutes and killed it on the stair - climber and treadmill and worked up a good sweat, got about 2k steps and then went home and went out with my bf.
Leaving home, I drank some of the blackberry/vanilla protein/MCT oil shake I made and then I had 3 chicken fingers and some fries at Steak N’ Shake … 😈
Then I had a couple sips of a Sierra Mist and guiltily threw it away haha, it actually wasn’t great anyways, WHO NEEDS SODA ?!
I had sushi (first time ever !) for dinner and a small glass of red wine and a vodka martini. 😬😬
But I GOT 11k steps!!
That’s my personal best, I believe.
I did change my Garmin watch goal to 6K, just because it’s more attainable – but of course, since I went to a meeting, then the gym, and walked around a lot yesterday, I got 11k!
So far I have had a medium coffee (again, not keto, with sugar…I know, I know), and I am drinking water…and I had a bacon wake - up wrap from dunkin. Good for keto, minus the wrap. Not sure if I even get a lunch at work today, but I may just try to have something delivered.
I have another Quest bar in my desk I saved from the other day, just in case I don’t get to eat or want something sweet.
So far my steps today are 572… haha..
Yay !!!! Over 50% of my goal was reached today ! Now it’s bed time and let’s see if I can get to 7k tomorrow ! 💕🙂
