The Stranger struggling with his Automobile caught Jane's attention as she drove by. She stopped and backs up to the stranger's side, leaning over the car door to speak to them, " 'Scuse me! Oi! S'Your Auto all beat?" She gestured to his car.

Wally swore crossly under his breath as he looked under the hood of his car, having to take a step back as a rush of heat and smoke billowed into his face. Turning as another car approached, he prayed that she was going to offer him help. It seemed as though he had been answered as she pulled back, “Hah, yeah--the stupid thing started sputtering, so I pulled over,” he huffed, “Guess it’s a good thing I did ‘cause as you can see, it started smokin’!”
