Imagine, your childhood friend is sick and you know that their illness cannot be cured,I understand why Garvipidam is in denial. The TCG event story quest is good. His lack of interest in playing the game because the person he enjoys playing with, is no longer there, and the pain of losing is understandable. He may have lost a dear friend, however their game brought friends along the way, the very first thought and wish of Gulab for Garvipidam.
