Half the fan base considers Yusaku a Gary Stu.

And I don't think Gary Stus or Mary Sues are real, and are a cudgel to humiliate people harmlessly indulging in power fantasies.

(Also I read Yusaku as autistic or suffering severe CPTSD who has come to equate Dueling with life-death scenarios, hence why he always wins, he's trying to avoid the howl of the void.)

Starting location: Party Room 4. First appearance: Night 1. Locations: All rooms EXEPT Left Air Vent, Right Air Vent and Office. Behavior: R0b0-K1tt3 is a joyful and open Animatronic who's always seen close to Margaret at day. They are both in Party Room 4 at night and spend most of the night together. R0b0-K1tt3 doesn't attack the player and doesn't even come near the office. He just wanders around the place randomly. From Night 4 until Night 6, He's only seen in the main hall, together with Margaret.

Aho-Baka: Oh boy, here we go. What's with the animatronics NOT attacking the player?? I mean seriously. That's kind of the point of a HORROR game.

Aho-Baka: Why would he warn them? Seriously. The owners of the restruant would not let something get in the way of their profit. In fact, the only reason they shut down was becase someone got the health department on their asses. A animatronic saying "Watch out" Could be a red flag.

FROM NIGHT 4 UNTIL NIGHT 6, R0B0-K1TT3 WILL NOT MAKE ANY SOUNDS WHATSOEVER.

Back Story:

Night 1: R0b0-K1tt3 can be seen while asleep in Party Room 4 together with his friend, Margaret. Night 2: R0b0-K1tt3 can be seen in various rooms, wandering around and making random comments about stuff. Night 3: Same as Night 2, altough he goes into more rooms this time. Night 4: Lots of commotion can be heard in the Main Hall, as the camera is disabled for the entire night for some reason. The noises stop after a while and the Main Hall is completely silent. Night 5: R0b0-K1tt3 can be seen lying on the floor, mainly covered by Margaret, who's sitting in front of him, with her back to the camera, crying. R0b0-K1tt3 is assumed to be Broken/Dead at this point. Night 6: Same as Night 5, altough Margaret is swearing and even threathening to "Kill them all" for her friend.

Aho-Baka: THEY'RE FUCKING ROBOTS. THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO FEEL EMOTIONS. IN FACT, THE TIME THIS GAME TAKES PLACE, THEY'D BE INCAPABLE OF DOING SO. Also "Backstory".

Trivia:

- He's assumed to be not fully a robot. - He's the only animatronic that actually breaks/dies. - Because broken animatronics (like Mangle, who is kinda broken?) can still move around, R0b0-K1tt3 is assumed to have been alive. - He can be heared breathing at Night 1, another clue of him being alive. - Of all animatronics, he talks the most. - His random comments have NO USE WHATSOEVER. - He's completely harmless. - He's the only animatronic who doesn't come into the office. - He and Margaret seem to have a close bond.

Aho-Baka: So he's basically useless. Cool.

OVERALL: Personally. This OC is pretty bad. Not the worst, buuuut pretty bad. Make him more fitting for the FNAF enviroment. Which means make him a killing machine.

1. he is paired with a canon character that attracts all the gary stus/mary sues attract. oh poor, poor eridan. PLUS, its impossible for OCs to be paired with canon characters because... you get the catch

2. his owner is a fucking ASS. he wont accept critiques on his art. he started a shit load of drama over people giving drama, and he even BLOCKED me because i gave him critiques. oh well, good riddance

Alright! So, this is my first solo review. Hope I don’t fuck up too badly.Looking at his design, I’m already confused. Why does he have a facial tattoo? I know tattoo artists generally have tattoos themselves, but that appears to be his only tattoo. Any good tattoo artist would tell you that you can’t do that for your first tattoo, because the area is too sensitive for a first time inking. And if it’s NOT his only tattoo, then it should be explained. His hair is typical emo bullshit, he’s got a random tattoo under his eye, and a random nose piercing that is never mentioned at all. That scar on his neck, by the way, also never explained. Considering how important of a detail it is, it should have an explanation! I already fucking hate this.

Backstory: growing up his dad was a major drunk and would abuse him his older brother and mother.

Already there’s angst… And he was abused! Lovely.

When the fuck did that happen? Him being a necromancer wasn’t mentioned at all before this, you just sort of.. Shoved it in. I mean, I know it’s probably because it involves the dead, but still. Was it a family thing? Did he practice it and it just never worked? Fucking explain shit. Don’t just throw information at us without any reason or explanation.

and at the age of 15 he ran away from his foster family and went after his father making him suffer and caused his father to fall down some stairs breaking his neck.

How did he even find that out? If his brother could find out, the police could find out just as well, and he would have been arrested. And how did they even come into contact after they got split up? I doubt they would have stayed in contact in the first place.

Why? Wouldn’t it be more likely that he’d work with the dead, like as a mortician? Considering he’s Anubis? Egyptian god of the dead?

when approached about his past he shuts down or turns aggressive snapping at people. he smokes and is prone to drinking

Why is he prone to drinking? To cope? Depression? FUCKING EXPLAIN.

OVERALL: 

No. Just no. It may have been brief, but that doesn’t make it hurt any less. You need to explain this shit, you can not just throw things at your reader and expect them to know exactly what you mean. You can mention something early on and then bring it back a couple paragraphs later. A lot of authors do that, in fact! Bottom line: Explain shit. Fix the angst.

reading Original Character/Canon Character fic feels like reading real person fic of Fanfic Author/Actor Crush

People need to stop interchanging the term 'Mary Sue' with 'Bad Character'. The original definition of a Mary Sue was a character created to be the love interest of a canon. Started by the Star Trek Fandom in the 90s. That's it. Not all Mary Sues are bad characters and not all bad characters are Mary Sues. You can have an OC dedicated to a canon and they can be a perfectly fine character without being a terrible character as long as you don't be a fucktwit of a fan about it. Don't insist your Oc/Canon pairing is the only one that matters and you'll do fine.

Take the term Mary Sue back and dust the grim off it. It doesn't have to be a bad thing. Just because you've got an OC made to smooch on a canon doesn't make them a bad character. Giving them a shit ton of powers, making them the star of the show and rewriting canon history to MAKE your OC work?

That's what makes them a bad character.

When I was younger, I wrote a lot of stories about there being some kind of chosen one or a group or them with cheesy titles, powers, and special necklaces or bracelets or voices or stares or whatever.

Those great heroes would also defeat the ultimate bad guy monster/sorcerer within 10 seconds or less by just snapping their fingers and a great flash of magic kills the bad guy.

And the main character has to be a girl who refuses to wear dresses, high heels and etc because she's a way-behind-time-feminist who had begun her quest to defeat the monster without the permission of her parents and ran away from home. And every guy falls in love with her because of her 'rebellious' nature and she always humbly turns down their advances because 'she will not be bound to anything'.
