It may be a misguided attempt to soften their image, or just plain incompetence. I’m leaning towards the later.

(We spent years talking about how the Governement was gonna send in the tanks, if we tried to secede, and then they go and do this)

happy with our lives - i would say so? i think we’re very lucky when it comes to our insurance system, low crime rate, our welfare, etc that makes us overall happy?

dubious culinary choices - i didn’t know that was a stereotype lmao but i don’t feel like our cooking is that different from other places in the world? although i guess we’re not that fancy with food and most people just like to make quick, simple meals? it really depends on the different families though!

Send me a stereotype about my country (norway) and I will tell you if it applies to me.
