🌿 i have a question, my mom was upset about me forgetting my food i my backpack and it eventually escalated to the point where she told me she’d dream about breaking my neck and destroying my face. after that she went and came back a while later and acted as if she didnt say anything. can that be called gaslighting? because i’m a bit clueless on what that can mean
