September Bitties

Daze (Megalosomnia Grillby) Most Grillbitties are known for their distaste of liquids, water included, but these Grillbitty types have grimly rolled up their sleeves and faced their fears. Daze types don't run bars, instead preferring to own coffee shops where they can experiment with their flavors. They get along quite well with Muffet bitties with whom they will often form partnerships, though they will also sell treats that don't have spiders in them that go well with the myriad flavors of coffee that their type is known for. Daze bitties are completely resistant to the hypnosis abilities of Swirls types, and their interactions typically indicate a previous friendship that grew cold with time. Daze bitties are usually primarily pink in color with the occasional flicker of bluish-white flames when they're feeling particularly annoyed or irritated. They will often wear sunglasses or at the very least dark glasses that are magically enchanted to keep dust and grime off of them. Like all Grillbitties, they tend to enjoy a diet made up of flammable material.

Pulse (Megalosomnia Gaster) These bitties are notoriously quiet, and one is lucky to get mumbled responses when a question is asked. They move around like they're sleepwalking and it's not unusual for them to occasionally bump into things if they're not paying attention. Usually a cup of coffee made by a Daze is enough to perk them up, but despite being constantly dozy they never seem to actually sleep. Attempting to observe them at night always results in the individual watching falling asleep long before the Pulse bitty in question. It is presumed that Pulse bitties give off passive sleep-inducing magic at all times, which is not only what causes their own half-asleep states but causes those around them to fall asleep within the span of a few minutes as well. Currently, it is unknown as to what factors are necessary to ensure Pulse bitties are getting proper sleep rather than ambling around in a half-awake state. They often need help completing daily tasks such as bathing and getting dressed.

Split (Candytale Nice Cream Guy) Easily distinguished from other Nice Cream Guys by their patterned coloration, Split bitties are primarily yellow bunnies with white and brown patches. They love dabbling with experiments of new ice cream flavors, though their true passions lie in reworking the banana split. Each Split bitty makes theirs differently, changing the number of scoops, toppings, bananas, and of course flavors. They won't begrudge those who wish to order different ice cream flavors for their banana split though, and are happy to accommodate any allergies that their customers might have. They also enjoy hosting ice cream eating contests for kids and their parents. While capable of consuming normal monster food, they also have a penchant for certain fruits (bananas, unsurprisingly) as well as fresh vegetables. They tend to shy away from animal-based proteins, beans, and mushrooms (the third of which seems to be a common allergy shared between Split bitties). In terms of clothing, Split bitties tend to prefer pastels that don't clash with their fur.

Spearmint (Candytale Chara) With a love of the colors green and white, Spearmint bitties are named for the spearmint scent that they give off. They love chocolate-dipped candy apples covered in minty pieces, though they also quite enjoy spearmint hard candies and will happily crunch down on them if given some. Spearmint bitties tend to be quite close to Chantilly bitties (as all Bittycharas are with their respective Asrismalls), though they can be a bit lackadaisical and unmotivated at times. They like to sleep in when they can, and rather than a knife their preferred weapon of mischief is a fork which is often used to steal bits and pieces of snacks that they really shouldn't be having before they have a proper meal. Spearmint bitties also have a formal manner of speaking despite their often young ages, a tendency that can throw others off if they aren't expecting it. They often dress in white sweaters with a single large green stripe on them, but are happy to dress in other clothes provided they have a white and green color scheme.

December Bitties

Peppex (Spicefell Grillbitty) One of the hotter Grillbitty types temperature-wise, Peppex bitties are often made up of bluish-white flames. They have a short fuse, but they keep their temper on an equally short leash as they are prone to causing catastrophic fires when their anger gets the best of them. They will refuse to acquiesce to entitled people's demands even when threatened and have no reservations about threatening people in return. They do need a quiet room to calm themself down in, preferably where they can set things on fire to get their anger out if they've had a rough day and need to let loose. They tend to relax somewhat around Chili bitties and will often develop vitriolic friendships with them, though they will refuse to allow anyone to insult a Chili bitty in their presence. Like all fire elemental bitties, they prefer to stay away from water and enjoy consuming flammable objects and liquids.

Cobra (Spicefell W.D. Gaster) If Gaster bitties enjoy science, Cobra types have made it their obsession. Their studies are the most important to them, outweighing any form of connection and even their own physical needs. They will not hesitate to experiment on others or even themselves if they lack test subjects, and they are not known to practice ethics in their pursuit of knowledge. They can monologue for ages on their discoveries to those willing (and sometimes unwilling) to listen. It's not unusual for Cobras to consume a worryingly large amount of coffee, the caffeine making them rather jittery when they're left with nothing to fiddle with. They have horrible sleeping habits as well, crashing wherever they wind up and sleeping for a long period of time. They are prone to moving rapidly at times, like a striking cobra, and gesticulating wildly. Their Gaster Blasters take the form of snake skulls.

Aurora (Spicefell Muffet) Unlike their Underfell counterparts, Aurora bitties are cannibalistic out of necessity rather than occasional indulgence. They appreciate the finer things in life so are usually better suited to adopters who make a decent amount of money. They prefer warmer climates, naturally, and despise the cold. They are unopposed to trapping potential customers and threatening to eat them if they don't buy something (which they are often very willing to follow through on unless their adopter intervenes). They also despise any other bitties who might prove competition for their business and will not hesitate to sabotage them via rumor or getting their own hands dirty if needed. They enjoy being treated like princesses; a spoiled Aurora is usually a happy Aurora. They quite enjoy being doted on, especially if their adopter makes it clear that an Aurora's well-being and contentment comes before their own.

Cascabel (Spicefell Bittyblook) These ghostly bitties hate having anyone tell them what to do and can be rather selfish; it's not uncommon for them to hoard objects or food to themselves and refuse to share with anyone. They thrive best in single-bitty households where they can have all of the attention on them because it's not unusual for them to consider the person who adopts them as solely theirs as well - an addition to their hoard of items, so to speak. They don't talk much, but they like to feel like they are the ones in control of the household and their adopters graciously chosen to serve them. They enjoy horror movies, especially awful ones as they tend to poke fun at the horrible special effects. Cascabels don't like being seen as lonely or weak-spirited and they especially dislike being caught crying. They are capable of possessing objects if they so desire, sometimes multiple at a time.

June Bitties

Coal (Chesstale Grillby) Named for their unusual black and orange flames that cause them to resemble smoldering coals, Coal bitty types are every bit as warm and comforting as their names indicate. Like most Grillbitties, they are not very talkative but they are exceptionally polite and are typically not only quite fashionable but highly skilled with cookery. Coal bitties specialize in cooking methods such as charcoal grilling and wood-smoking techniques, able to bring out those flavors in their foods. As such, they will usually prefer to have some form of firepit that they can use to cook their specialty dishes, and will be expected to be provided with a variety of woods and charcoal they can use to practice their craft. They take cooking very seriously and don't appreciate being distracted while in the midst of it, and they especially dislike it when people lie to their faces about how bad their food is when they strive for perfection with every dish. While they are capable of consuming flammable materials, a common favorite meal is charcoal-grilled filet mignon.

Vanta (Chesstale W.D. Gaster) As former bishops, Vanta types are well-versed in all manner of strategic games. While chess is naturally within their repertoire, their preferred games are ones that involve both strategy and intellect such as Scrabble and Cluedo. Some of them can seem a bit desperate to keep their minds sharp as their time in the void granted absolutely nothing to stimulate themselves with. Unfortunately, a fair few of Vanta bitties are blind as a result of the cracks in their skulls. They are rather less fond of the unpredictability of games of chance, especially dice games. Card games are acceptable as the number of cards is set and while it might be unpredictable at first they can become easier depending on how many cards have been already used. They dislike those who attempt to cheat or otherwise think they can get one past them just because they might happen to be blind. It's also not uncommon for Vanta bitties to enjoy reading or cooking.

Jet (Chesstale Monster Kid) What's with all the chess hype? Chess is hard and they don't like it very much, checkers is so much easier! At least, that's the general consensus of this bitty type. Though they're black pawns, it's not uncommon to see Jet bitties dying their outfits red and claiming that they're checker pieces. It's not that they're unintelligent, far from it, but they don't like the rigid structure and lack of flexibility that chess (and by extension the social hierarchy they're used to) is based on. They like to have the freedom to move wherever they want, forward and backward and side to side, even zigzagging if they so choose. Jet bitties are often easily distracted by new games and ideas, preferring just about anything over what they see as a tired old game. They don't usually idolize any particular people, but they do tend to admire those who are able to think outside the box and make something new for themselves.

Maren (Chesstale Goner Kid) Formerly black pawns, no one can be entirely sure what rank Maren bitties are after emerging from the void or if they even still count as being part of the traditional chess-based hierarchy to begin with. Rather than being black or white, they are unmistakably gray; explanations for this range from their time in the void discoloring them to somehow merging with a human white pawn's soul and changing as a result. Maren bitties, however, pay no mind to this sort of discourse and they merely want to live the lives that had been denied them whilst in the void. Their preferred snack is white cheddar popcorn and they're not known to play by the traditional rules of chess…or any other board game for that matter, really. They're prone to getting mixed up and needing to be gently corrected, sometimes multiple times, so it takes a patient adopter to care for them properly. They strongly dislike those who attempt to cheat or trick them.

Hey everyone, Shy here to introduce a new quartet of bitties to the adoption center! Feel free to send in a message or an ask if you want to take one home with you!

Dark (Undertale W.D. Gaster) Gifted with brilliant minds, Dark bitties are dedicated and tireless when it comes to their passions of science and magic. They enjoy pushing the limits of what they are capable of, and the origin of the 'Gaster Blasters' used by Bitterblue and Sweet Roll bitties. Dark bitties communicate primarily through Wingdings and sign language, which only Papyrus-type bitties (excluding Softie and Honey types) and Riverbitties seem to be capable of understanding. Darks will also often require a space to themselves where they can conduct their tests and experiments, preferably one with a secure door. Dark bitties also have a love of coffee and doughnuts, and can sometimes be bribed with them. Tastes vary from Dark to Dark, but the most common preference is black coffee with glazed doughnuts. They also seem to have some sort of connection with Vanish bitties, often taking them under their metaphorical wing to care for them.

Cane (Swapfell Grillby) This Grillbitty type tends to be a medium violet red in terms of flame color, though their clothes are far more varied. They enjoy a fair amount of color in their wardrobe, but nothing overly bright so they will still be taken seriously. It's not uncommon of them to even carry around a peppermint cane for appearances. Canes are also flirtatious, but do not often refer to others by nickname. When a Cane does give a person a nickname, it's a sure sign that said person has earned their trust. They do have a bit of a sadistic streak, but it only applies to those they do not have a high opinion of. Like all Grillbitties, they do not do well with water and will often strive to avoid it. They are also prone to indulging in alcoholic beverages from time to time, preferring sweeter drinks like Irish cream liqueur.

Caramel (Caketale Flowey) Named for caramel cake, Caramel bitties smell like their namesake rather than the pansies they resemble. Caramels usually start off as dismissive and slow to trust, ignoring anyone they don't think is worth their time, but given enough affection and space will usually begin to warm up to others. Their magic, like many Pocket Flowey types, takes the form of small seeds that they can fire to defend themselves. They are also prone to mischief such as knocking things over or stealing small items, though this is behavior exhibited moreso by newly-adopted Caramel bitties to test their new family. While unable to bake, they enjoy watching caramel cake being made (but not as much as they enjoy eating it afterward). They are also blunt with their feelings about others, and will be upfront about it if they don't like someone, though they don't usually go out of their way to antagonize other bitties they know are stronger than they are.

Cheesecake (Caketale Monster Kid) As sweet as they are energetic, Cheesecakes thrive most in a group. They dislike being alone, and get along equally well with human and monster bitties of varying ages. They try to see the best in people, and can be easily impressed. They can breathe clouds of sweet-smelling mist that causes the target to fall asleep, with it being more effective on humans than monsters. Like all Caketale bitties, they tend to smell like their namesake. Their outfit matches the color scheme of a typical cheesecake with alternating cream and light brown stripes. They are unfortunately prone to night terrors, making them unable to sleep alone. A Cheesecake's favorite food is, graham crackers with peanut butter. Though it's not easy for them to bake on their own, at least without help, they are willing to experiment with different toppings and flavors.
