What dye are you using? I’m also planning to dye my hair :)
I used the dye from Garnier called Movida "Dunkle Kirsche". I'm not sure if they're sold anywhere else than Germany.. no idea where the brand comes from. I've also used the Schwarzkopf Country Colours before, they were very good, too.

So about the book signings, I’m from the Philippines and here our local bookstores announce it online via Twitter, Facebook, or Email! And also on the event itself, they announce authors who will be coming next. :D
I’m not so sure with other countries, but maybe you could try following bookstores that host book signings. I also see authors post on their websites about their tours.
