Well I had a Wednesday well spent with 2 tasting menus in the space of 8 hours! The first was was at #GattopardoRistoranteDiMare where #Chefs @lino_sauro and @chefpatriziadibenedetto cooked up a storm. These 2 represent my fave dishes from each chef. The first, a #handmade squid ink #cavatelli in miniature, perfectly cooked with #seafood sauce and #seaurchin foam. SO addictive! And to finish, a jasmine curd on #watermelon gel and cinnamon #meringue.... refreshing, #surprising and #delicious. #GrazieMille! (at Gattopardo Ristorante Di Mare)
