Well, Vax belongs to Smiles, the current animation director for Hazbin that they made like... 4 or 5 years ago? And their "canon" for Vax is he was born and then dumped in a basement for 19 years at some point WHEEZE some dancing might be involved and his escape might have led to attempted euthanasia (he survived)
But if that didn't happen and they actually liked their son (which I pretend they do because I can't be THAT mean to the little guy), then I think Vox would have him be privately tutored or something. Val would think that's fancy/rich/good enough for his baby boi uwu
