Drama in the cheese fandom

Hey to all you Curd Nerds.

So Gavin Webber made a video on how to make cheese in the style of Grana Padano, a PDO cheese (which means you can't call the cheese Grana Padano unless it's made in a specific place)

And then yesterday, he got a cease and desist from the Grana Padano Consortium of Italy, asking him to take down his GP video

In response, he's agreed to take the vide down within the time limit given (5 days)

And THEN the director-general of the Consortium sent him a personal apology and an offer to take him to a dairy to learn how to make GP from a master cheese maker, which he plans on accepting

Gavin will still take the GP video down on Sunday tho
