Idk if anyone coined this already but I’m claiming it
I call the phenomenon of people defining autistic characters to their interests “the Papyrus effect.”
The reason it’s called that is because when undertale came out, papyrus was defined by his love for spaghetti (comfort food?). There’s most definitely characters that predate papyrus who were defined by their interests but papyrus is the main example of this that I remember because I WAS THERE FOR IT..
If anyone else coined this, please tell me because I don’t wanna steal someone else’s idea

Y'know, something i hardly ever realize about Tumblr is that yeah its a hellsite and it's full of weird shit but, At least it's not Twitter
Let me explain
With Tumblr, There's discourse here and there but it's discourse that's about some strange topic like all odd numbers having the letter e in them or something else that happened in a fandom
WHILE WITH TWITTER, THE DISCOURSE ENDS UP BEING THE REASON SOMETHING IS TRENDING
"This is why Tumblr is better than Twitter" is a statement NO ONE should have on their minds yet its on mine
Tumblr discourse is tame and stays on Tumblr (except for when it doesn't) but Twitter discourse will reach every single platform within a half-hour
y'know, i just LOVE screenshotting nfts because i think it's funny how people will spend their entire life savings on one ugly ass picture of a monkey and then get mad when that picture is screenshotted or right-clicked then saved AND THEN SOME OF THEM TRY TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE LAW?? LIKE DAMN DUDE I DIDN'T KNOW YOUR UGLY ASS MONKEY ART WAS WORTH ARRESTING SOMEONE FOR BUT GO OFF I GUESS
