Also this is an epic and is a sequel to another epic by the name ofMarch-Stalkers Mighty, of which you may have heard, and you probably don’t EXACTLY need to have read it (since that was really Dean’s story and this isn’t Sam’s) but it would help with world-building.

Generally, the only real warning is for fantasy violence and some playing around with gender roles, due to the hermaphroditic biology of archangels in this ‘verse. There are a few chapter-specific warnings for ‘guest star’ characters as well, which are warned for at the start of each chapter.
Summary: A fantasy roadtrip. With the angel and human communities settled in (approximate) harmony, the pedlar (and secret archangel) Gabriel and his new apprentice Sam set out to travel across a—well, a widespread realm. There are monsters—human and otherwise—adventures, fall-outs, lots of eye-opening new cultures, and occasionally they even remember to sell something. But the trouble with fantasy realms is their tendency to slide towards an apocalypse, given half a chance; and Sam is starting to suspect that the accident which changed him into a skinwalker might not be the only inhuman thing about him. Also, he’d really like to kiss Gabriel, but that probably shouldn’t be his priority here, right?
