OK TRIANGLE
LONG SIDE 4.7 CM
2ND LONGEST SIDE UNKNOWN
SHORT SIDE GOT NOTHING
ANGLE IS 67° (haha hahahaha)
WHAT DO I DOOOOO
oh the answers are either: sin(67) =4.7/x
Or sin(67)= x/4.7
HALLPPPP
Oh goodness. Rocky need you to mark triangle with proper terms for a start /nm
Long side is hypotenuse (mark hyp)
Other side next to angle is adjacent (mark adj)
Last side with be opposite (mark opp)
Once you mark you go through all the functions
Remember SOH CAH TOA:
S(in) = O(pp)/H(yp)
C(os) = A(dj)/H(yp)
T(an) = O(pp)/A(dj)
So sin (67°) is opposite over hypotenuse
You don't know your opposite angle so it would be "x"
Therefore answer is sin(67°) = x/4.7
If you ever need to calculate the answer, just multiply and divide those numbers till you get a number that make sense , remember that hypothenuse is long side so must be smaller than 4.7
