So I picked up some revision guides from school today good lord they were so heavy my arm nearly fell off and it was 28 degrees which made it even worse

Here is my first master post of my studyblr, last year I achieved a grade 9 in English Lit and let me tell you all, my journey with English is not as smooth sailing as one would hope.In my year eleven mocks in January of last year I actually got a 4! I was devastated, English has always been something that I enjoyed but I found incredibly difficult. So above, are a few tips and tricks that I learnt.I am sure that this will also apply for other equivalent qualifications as well. I will also talk about writing excellent essays as well.

TO ALL MY GCSE & A-LEVEL STUDENTS

Despite everything that’s happened and the uncertainty with our exams, I’m still proud of you. We’ve made it through the course and more or less covered the content. We’ve worked hard and just because we’re not doing any exams doesn’t mean all our hard work is for nothing. We’ve learnt a lot, gained new skills in essay writing and exam technique and hopefully, we will get the grades we deserve.

My heart goes out to you all, and hopefully everything will work out for us <3

Is it bad that I've only had the "oh damn exams are soon" moment cos I realized how close Eurovision is?

How to know if you have hit rock bottom.

1. You are teaching yourself poetry themes.

2. You are studying.

3. The only enjoyment from life comes from Russel brand and Noel Fielding.

4. You find yourself belting out hero by sterling knight, from the Disney movie starstruck.

I would never say definitely but this is from personal experience, from 5 minutes ago.

Hey!! I’m more stressed than I’ve ever been?? So apparently the exams I’ve been working 5 years towards have been cancelled, I spent my last day in the school I’ve grown up in since I was 5 without even knowing it, and I won’t be able to ever go back there because it’s shutting down after this academic year. I don’t know what I’m doing with myself. Should I still revise, just in case? Should I burn all my books? Email my teachers? Go back into school for closure? Just stay in and do nothing? This is wrecking my head. I need some clarification please Boris.
