the eye! this diagram took a LOT longer than I thought it would, mostly because I had to make sure I was drawing the lines and layers right and so I didn't totally screw it up.

school is getting a little busy! we usually have physical last day parties, but this year we are trying to do something of the sort online. but I find that so many of my classmates are just not motivated to chat or talk online, and it makes me really sad! there's only a few of us who are chatty, and just, I feel bad for my teachers, because they trying really hard.

do you guys feel this way too? how are online lessons for you?

Hello tumblr!

If you happen to be looking for GCSE help on tumblr (of all places), maybe I can help. If you don’t mind postponing the kpop edits or destiel fics or whatever else you are on here for.

I am a Y13 (as of 2020/21) who managed to achieve 8s and 9s in my exams in 2019 (probably owing to my lack of social life and fear of failure).

Because I’d like it if people got less stressed than I did over GCSEs, I thought it'd be nice to share my notes to help other people.

The exams I took were: AQA GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Drama; Edexcel GCSE English Language and Literature, French, History and Maths; AQA Further Maths. I’m not sure I’ll be able to post notes for all of them but here’s hoping!

A side note- my handwriting can sometimes be a leetle illegible, so if you can’t read anything, please ask.

eleven days. eleven days. ELEVEN DAYS UNTIL RESULTS DAY.

shitting a brick won’t lie.

just to recap I’ll be getting 12 results:

maths (numeracy), additional maths, english language, biology, chemistry, physics, welsh 2nd language, computer science, art & design, product design, welsh baccalaureate and religious studies.

i’ve already gotten back mathematics and english literature - both went very well thank god. damn the butterflies r getting worse. i’m excited but the whole not having actually taken the exams has gotten me tense. I keep thinking about whether I paid enough attention in class. did I participate enough? was I too chatty? was I too sleepy? my track record with sleep is so bad I fell asleep in biology once. ik it’s not supposed to be biased but they’re ranking us within a grade so that could determine how high or low I am within a grade compared to my peers which cld potentially push me down a whole ass grade. anyways all I can do now is manifest manifest manifest.

My cousin needed this huge list of revision material and her printer stopped working and she didnt know where to find it anyway. Of course, I stepped in, took 3 hours to create and then delivered her a nice full folder of questions and she was so excited.

I'm still wondering if I should open up my google classroom for a small fee or not???
